By accessing or using the EasyVerify.ai website, API, or forensic dashboard (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

EasyVerify.ai provides AI-powered forensic document analysis to detect manipulation, deepfakes, and synthetic generation in digital documents. The Service provides probability scores and metadata analysis to assist in fraud detection.

Disclaimer: Our forensic analysis provides fraud risk probabilities. EasyVerify.ai does not make legally binding determinations of identity or intent. Final decisions regarding hiring, tenancy, or approval rest solely with your agency.

3. User Obligations & Document Consent

As an enterprise user, you agree that:

  • You have the legal right, explicit consent, and lawful basis to upload and process the documents of the data subjects (applicants, tenants) through our Service.
  • You will not use the Service for any unlawful, discriminatory, or unauthorized purpose.
  • You will maintain the confidentiality of your API keys and dashboard credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including our proprietary AI models, verification algorithms, dashboard design, and source code, are and will remain the exclusive property of EasyVerify.ai and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service under your subscription tier.

5. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of data as outlined in that policy, including our automated post-analysis data purging protocols.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyVerify.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; or (b) any decisions made by your agency based on our forensic risk scores.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
